Terms & Conditions
Terms that apply to use of the Mana Enterprises website and to wholesale orders.
1. Acceptance
By using www.manaenterprises.co.in or placing an order with Mana Enterprises, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Business-only, bulk supply
Mana Enterprises supplies stainless steel kitchen sinks in wholesale or bulk quantities. Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply and are confirmed in each quote. Our retail brand, RENIM, is sold through retail outlets under separate terms.
3. Quotes and pricing
Website content is not an offer. A quote is valid for the period stated in it. Prices exclude GST and freight unless stated. Prices and specifications may change without notice before an order is confirmed.
4. Orders and payment
An order is confirmed when we accept it in writing (including by WhatsApp or email) and the agreed payment terms are met. Payment terms are agreed on call, WhatsApp or email. We may delay or cancel orders where payment terms are not met.
5. Delivery and risk
Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to the buyer on handover to the transporter unless the quote says otherwise. See our Shipping & Returns policy for inspection and claims.
6. Product information
We try to keep images, dimensions and specifications accurate, but colour, finish and size may vary slightly between batches and screens. Confirm key specifications in your quote before ordering.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site is owned by or licensed to us. See our Copyright & Disclaimer page for permitted use.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any order is limited to the value of the goods supplied under that order.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi, Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
