Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Shipping coverage

We ship bulk orders to all states in India. Freight is charged per unit, and transit time and freight charges are stated in your quote.

2. Dispatch

Orders are dispatched after payment terms are met. We share the transporter name and consignment number once goods are dispatched.

3. Inspect on delivery

• Check the number of packages against the delivery receipt
• Note any visible damage on the receipt before signing
• Take photos of damaged packing and goods
• Tell us in writing within 7 days (one week) of delivery

4. Damaged or wrong goods

If goods arrive damaged in transit or differ from the confirmed order, we will repair, replace or credit the affected items after verifying your photos and report. Transit insurance claims may be required.

5. Returns

Because we supply bulk and made-to-order goods, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the buyer, unless agreed in writing before dispatch. Returned goods must be unused and in original packing.

6. Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as transport strikes, weather, natural events or government orders. We will keep you informed.
